系統將寄發確認信至所填信箱，帳號將於信箱確認後始核發。
A confirmation email will be sent automatically, and the account will be issued only after the confirmation of the email.
核發之帳號不得轉讓他人使用。
The issued account is prohibited to transfer to other person/company.
